CoreVials Autoship Terms

CoreVials Autoship is a recurring supply service that allows customers to schedule eligible research-use products for automatic recurring shipment.

By enrolling in Autoship, you agree to these Autoship Terms, our Terms of Service, Research Compliance Policy, Privacy Policy, and any additional checkout disclosures shown at the time of purchase.

Research Use Only

All products offered through CoreVials Autoship are sold strictly for lawful research purposes only. Products are not intended for human consumption, animal consumption, medical use, therapeutic use, cosmetic injection, bodybuilding use, weight-loss treatment, disease treatment, diagnosis, prevention, or any personal-use purpose.

Autoship does not create, imply, or recommend any medical protocol, dosing schedule, treatment plan, or personal-use regimen.

How Autoship Works

When you enroll in Autoship, you select:

• The product or products
• The quantity
• The recurring shipment frequency
• The shipping address
• The payment method
• Any applicable Autoship discount

CoreVials LLC will automatically process eligible Autoship orders according to the schedule selected by the customer, unless the Autoship order is skipped, paused, canceled, declined, restricted, or otherwise modified before processing.

Billing Authorization

By starting Autoship, you authorize CoreVials LLC and its payment processor to automatically charge your selected payment method for each recurring Autoship order, including product cost, shipping, taxes, fees, and any other applicable charges.

The amount charged may vary if:

• Product prices change
• Discounts change or expire
• Shipping rates change
• Taxes or fees change
• Products are added, removed, or modified
• Quantity or frequency is changed
• A promotional offer ends

Before starting Autoship, you will be shown the product, quantity, price, billing frequency, shipment frequency, discount, and cancellation method.

Autoship Discounts

CoreVials LLC may offer Autoship discounts, including first-order discounts or recurring-order discounts.

Autoship discounts may be changed, limited, paused, or discontinued at any time. Discounts may not apply to all products, bundles, add-ons, shipping charges, taxes, or fees.

If a discount is changed or discontinued, future Autoship orders may process at the then-current price unless you cancel or modify your Autoship before the order is processed.

Managing Autoship

Customers may manage eligible Autoship orders through their account dashboard or by contacting CoreVials LLC support.

Depending on account settings and order status, customers may be able to:

• Change shipment frequency
• Change the next shipment date
• Skip an upcoming order
• Pause Autoship
• Cancel Autoship
• Update shipping address
• Update payment method
• Add or remove eligible products
• Change product quantity

Changes must be made before the Autoship order is processed. Once an order has processed, it may not be possible to cancel or modify that shipment.

Cancellation

You may cancel Autoship at any time before the next order is processed.

Canceling Autoship prevents future recurring Autoship orders from being generated. Canceling Autoship does not automatically cancel orders that have already been processed, paid, packed, shipped, or fulfilled.

Failed Payments

If your payment method is declined, expired, unavailable, or otherwise fails, CoreVials LLC may:

• Retry the payment
• Notify you to update your payment method
• Delay the Autoship order
• Pause Autoship
• Cancel Autoship
• Cancel the related order

CoreVials LLC is not responsible for delays or missed shipments caused by failed payment methods.

Product Availability

Autoship orders are subject to product availability. CoreVials LLC does not guarantee that any product will remain available indefinitely.

If an Autoship product is unavailable, discontinued, restricted, or out of stock, CoreVials LLC may delay the order, remove the unavailable product, offer a replacement, cancel the order, or cancel the Autoship.

Order Review and Restrictions

CoreVials LLC reserves the right to review, hold, limit, refuse, or cancel any Autoship order at its sole discretion.

Orders may be reviewed or canceled for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Compliance concerns
• Suspected misuse
• Product restrictions
• Shipping restrictions
• Payment processor requirements
• Fraud prevention
• Inventory limitations
• Quantity concerns
• Violation of CoreVials LLC policies

Shipping

Autoship orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate before each Autoship order is processed.

Research Supply Planner

Any CoreVials planner, calculator, or Autoship recommendation tool is provided only for research supply planning. These tools do not provide medical advice, dosing instructions, administration instructions, treatment guidance, or personal-use recommendations.

Results are based only on the research quantity, product selection, and shipment schedule entered by the customer.
