How do I find the right vial size?
Use our Protocol Planner to match vial size and monthly quantity to your research schedule, or browse individual product pages for available strengths.
How does Autoship save me money?
Eligible products receive a recurring Autoship discount on each shipment, plus an additional first-order discount on your initial Autoship order. Discounts are shown at checkout.
Can I skip or pause Autoship?
Yes. You can skip, pause, edit, or cancel Autoship from your account before your next order processes. See our Autoship Terms for details.
Where do I find the COA?
Batch documentation is available on eligible product pages under Batch & COA, and via our COA Lookup tool using your batch number.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship Monday–Thursday after processing. You will receive a tracking email once your order ships. Delivery dates are estimates only.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders over $149 before taxes and fees, as shown at checkout.
What does CoreVials LLC sell?
CoreVials LLC supplies research-use compounds and related laboratory-use materials. Products are offered strictly for lawful research purposes only.
Are CoreVials products for human or animal use?
No. Products are not intended for human consumption, animal consumption, medical use, therapeutic use, cosmetic injection, bodybuilding use, weight-loss treatment, disease treatment, diagnosis, prevention, or any personal-use purpose.
Are your products medications or supplements?
No. CoreVials products are not prescription medications, over-the-counter medications, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices.
Do you provide dosing or usage instructions?
No. CoreVials LLC does not provide dosing instructions, administration instructions, reconstitution instructions for human or animal use, treatment schedules, cycle guidance, medical advice, or personal-use recommendations.
What is the CoreVials Protocol Planner?
The CoreVials Protocol Planner is a research supply planning tool. It helps customers estimate product quantity, vial size, and recurring shipment frequency based on the research quantity and schedule entered by the customer.
The planner does not provide medical advice, dosing instructions, treatment guidance, or personal-use recommendations.
What is Autoship?
Autoship is a recurring supply option for eligible research-use products. Customers can select eligible products, quantities, and shipment frequency so future orders can be processed automatically.
Autoship can be managed from the customer account dashboard, including skipping, pausing, editing, or canceling eligible recurring orders. See our Autoship Terms for details.
Can I cancel Autoship?
Yes. Autoship can be canceled before the next order is processed. Orders that have already been processed, paid, packed, shipped, or fulfilled may not be cancelable.
Do Autoship prices change?
Prices, discounts, taxes, shipping rates, and fees may change over time. Future Autoship orders may be charged at the then-current price unless canceled or modified before processing.
Do I need an account to order?
An account may be required for Autoship and recurring order management. One-time orders may allow guest checkout if available.
What payment methods do you accept?
CoreVials LLC accepts payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment availability may depend on payment processor approval, product type, customer location, and compliance review.
Why was my order canceled or held?
Orders may be held, limited, refused, or canceled for compliance concerns, suspected misuse, payment issues, fraud prevention, shipping restrictions, product restrictions, inventory issues, or policy violations.
Do you ship everywhere?
No. Shipping availability may vary by product, destination, shipping carrier, local restrictions, and compliance requirements. CoreVials LLC may restrict sales to certain states, regions, countries, products, or quantities at any time.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping timelines depend on order processing time, carrier service, destination, weather, holidays, and other factors. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy.
Do you provide tracking?
When available, tracking information will be sent by email after the order ships.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact support as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, address changes may not be possible.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of research-use products, returns may be limited or unavailable. Please review the Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations section in our Terms of Service or contact support before ordering.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Contact CoreVials LLC support with your order number and photos if applicable. Shipping issues are reviewed case by case.
Can I resell CoreVials products?
No. Products purchased from CoreVials LLC may not be resold, repackaged, relabeled, redistributed, compounded, marketed, or transferred for human or animal use.
