This Shipping Policy explains how CoreVials LLC processes and ships eligible orders.
Research Use Only
All products sold by CoreVials LLC are offered strictly for lawful research purposes only. Products are not intended for human consumption, animal consumption, medical use, therapeutic use, cosmetic injection, bodybuilding use, weight-loss treatment, disease treatment, diagnosis, prevention, or any personal-use purpose.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment verification and compliance review.
Orders generally ship Monday–Thursday to help maintain product integrity in transit. Processing times may vary based on:

CoreVials LLC reserves the right to hold, delay, limit, refuse, or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

Free shipping: Qualifying orders over $149 (before taxes and fees) receive free standard shipping where available.
Tracking: A tracking email is sent once your order ships.
Temperature-aware packaging: Eligible products are packed with storage and transit conditions in mind. Follow product-specific storage guidance included with your order.

Delivery Estimates
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. CoreVials LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect addresses, missed delivery attempts, holidays, customs delays, or other events outside our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
CoreVials LLC is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or misdelivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information.
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact support immediately. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.
Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent by email after the order ships.
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier. Carrier scans may take time to appear after shipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
CoreVials LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or marked delivered by the carrier.
If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier first using the tracking number provided. You may also contact CoreVials LLC support for assistance.
Claims are reviewed case by case and may require carrier confirmation, photos, documentation, or additional information.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact CoreVials LLC support within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Photos of the package
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping label
- Description of the issue
Damage claims may not be accepted without supporting photos or timely notice.
Temperature and Storage
Customers are responsible for proper storage and handling after delivery.
CoreVials LLC is not responsible for product degradation, improper storage, package exposure, missed delivery, delayed pickup, or failure to store products appropriately after delivery.
Restricted Locations
CoreVials LLC may restrict shipping to certain states, regions, countries, addresses, customers, products, or quantities at any time.
Availability of a product on the website does not guarantee that the product can be shipped to every location.
Autoship Orders
Autoship orders are shipped according to the customer's selected recurring schedule, subject to product availability, payment approval, compliance review, and shipping restrictions.
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate before each Autoship order is processed.
