These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CoreVials LLC website, products, and services. By accessing this website, placing an order, or using any CoreVials LLC service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or purchasing from CoreVials LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Research Compliance Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and any applicable Autoship Terms or checkout disclosures.

If you do not agree, do not use this website or purchase products from CoreVials LLC.

2. Research Use Only

All products sold by CoreVials LLC are offered strictly for lawful research purposes only. Products are not intended for human consumption, animal consumption, medical use, therapeutic use, cosmetic injection, bodybuilding use, weight-loss treatment, disease treatment, diagnosis, prevention, or any personal-use purpose.

CoreVials LLC products are not prescription medications, over-the-counter medications, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices.

3. No Medical Advice

CoreVials LLC does not provide medical advice, healthcare advice, diagnosis, treatment plans, dosing instructions, administration instructions, or recommendations for human or animal use.

Information on this website is not a substitute for advice from a licensed medical professional. Customers must not rely on CoreVials LLC product information for any medical, clinical, cosmetic, veterinary, bodybuilding, or personal-use purpose.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from CoreVials LLC. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are purchasing for lawful research purposes only.

CoreVials LLC may refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and international laws
• Proper storage, handling, and disposal of research materials
• Providing accurate account, billing, and shipping information
• Reviewing product information, COA documentation, and policies before ordering

6. Product Information

Product descriptions, specifications, images, and documentation are provided for identification and research reference purposes. CoreVials LLC strives for accuracy but does not warrant that all product information is complete, current, or error-free.

Batch-specific Certificates of Analysis (COA) are provided when available. COA availability may vary by product and batch.

7. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. CoreVials LLC reserves the right to accept, reject, limit, hold, or cancel any order for any reason, including compliance review, inventory limitations, suspected misuse, payment issues, or policy violations.

An order is not accepted until CoreVials LLC confirms the order or ships the products.

8. Payment

Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise stated. CoreVials LLC accepts payment methods displayed at checkout, subject to payment processor approval.

You authorize CoreVials LLC and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the order total, including products, shipping, taxes, and applicable fees.

CoreVials LLC is not responsible for bank fees, currency conversion fees, or payment processor declines.

9. Autoship and Recurring Billing

Autoship subscriptions are governed by our Autoship Terms. By enrolling in Autoship, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected schedule until you cancel or modify Autoship before the next order processes.

10. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

11. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Due to the nature of research-use products, all sales may be final. Returns, refunds, and cancellations may be limited or unavailable, especially for opened, reconstituted, or temperature-sensitive products.

CoreVials LLC may, at its sole discretion, offer replacements, credits, or refunds for damaged, incorrect, or undelivered orders when supported by documentation and timely notice.

Canceling Autoship prevents future recurring orders but does not cancel orders already processed. See our Autoship Terms for subscription cancellation details.

12. Product Restrictions

CoreVials LLC may restrict or discontinue products, quantities, destinations, or customer types at any time. Product availability on the website does not guarantee availability for every customer or location.

13. No Resale or Misbranding

Products purchased from CoreVials LLC may not be resold, repackaged, relabeled, redistributed, compounded, marketed, or transferred for human or animal use.

Customers may not misrepresent CoreVials LLC products as medications, supplements, foods, cosmetics, or treatments.

14. Intellectual Property

All website content, trademarks, logos, product descriptions, images, and materials are owned by or licensed to CoreVials LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

15. User Accounts

Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity under their account.

CoreVials LLC may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, suspected fraud, or compliance concerns.
