CoreVials Rewards Terms

Program overview

CoreVials Rewards allows eligible customers to share a referral link with new customers. Rewards are issued as CoreVials Credit only and have no cash value. Rewards apply only to eligible research-use product purchases and may be reviewed, denied, reversed, or expired according to program rules.

Research-use-only limitation

All rewards and discounts apply only to eligible research-use products. CoreVials products are not intended for human or animal consumption.

Eligibility

Participants must be eligible CoreVials customers. Referred customers must be new and meet minimum order requirements. One friend discount per new customer. One referral reward per referred customer.

How you earn credit

CoreVials Credit is earned through the referral program only — not as cashback on your own purchases. Use earned credit at cart or checkout on eligible orders. Credit has no cash value and may be reversed if a qualifying referred order is cancelled or refunded.

Friend discount rules

New customers receive a discount on their first eligible order when meeting the minimum subtotal before shipping and tax. Discounts cannot be combined with certain coupons unless permitted by program settings.

Referrer credit rules

Referrers earn CoreVials Credit after a referred customer's first eligible order is paid, shipped, and passes review. Flat first-order credit amounts vary by rewards tier. At Ambassador and VIP tiers, referrers also earn a percentage of that referred customer's later order subtotals (before shipping and tax), with no minimum order total on those repeat earnings. Repeat-order credit is typically issued when each later order ships and may be reversed if that order is cancelled or refunded.

Tier rules

Higher approved referral counts unlock higher first-order credit and ongoing percentage rates, as displayed on the Rewards page (Starter, Ambassador at 3+, VIP at 5+).

Autoship bonus rules

When enabled, referrers may earn additional CoreVials Credit when a referred customer starts a qualifying Autoship and after subsequent qualifying Autoship shipments.

Store credit expiration

CoreVials Credit expires after the period stated in program settings unless otherwise noted.

Fraud and self-referral policy

Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, matching payment or address details, and other suspicious activity may result in denied or reversed rewards.

Refund, cancellation, and chargeback policy

If a qualifying order is cancelled, refunded, or charged back, associated rewards may be denied or reversed.

No cash value

CoreVials Credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Right to modify or cancel

CoreVials LLC may modify or discontinue the program at any time.
