Customer Responsibility

By purchasing from CoreVials LLC, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years old.
• You are purchasing products for lawful research purposes only.
• You understand that CoreVials LLC products are not intended for human or animal consumption.
• You will not use any product for self-administration, patient administration, animal administration, cosmetic injection, bodybuilding use, weight-loss treatment, disease treatment, or any other personal-use purpose.
• You are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations before purchasing, possessing, storing, handling, or using any product.
• You are responsible for safe handling, storage, disposal, and documentation of all products after delivery.
• You will not resell, relabel, redistribute, compound, market, or transfer any product in a way that violates applicable law.

CoreVials LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, hold, or refund any order at its sole discretion if we believe the purchase may be inconsistent with our Research Use Only policy or applicable law.

Autoship and Recurring Supply

CoreVials Autoship is a recurring supply service for eligible research-use products. Autoship is intended only to help customers maintain a consistent supply of research materials based on the product quantity and schedule selected by the customer.

Autoship does not create, imply, or recommend any medical protocol, dosing schedule, treatment plan, or personal-use regimen.

Before enrolling in Autoship, customers will be shown the product, quantity, price, billing frequency, shipment frequency, discount, and cancellation method. Customers may manage, skip, pause, or cancel eligible Autoship orders according to the CoreVials Autoship Terms.

Bacteriostatic Water and Related Supplies

Bacteriostatic water and related supplies, if offered, are sold only as laboratory-use or research-support materials where legally permitted. The sale of any supply item does not imply that CoreVials LLC recommends or authorizes human use, animal use, injection, administration, compounding, or clinical use of any product.

Order Review and Verification

CoreVials LLC may review orders for compliance, fraud prevention, payment risk, shipping restrictions, product restrictions, quantity concerns, or suspected misuse.

We may request additional confirmation, reject an order, limit order quantities, block certain destinations, or cancel a transaction if we determine that an order may violate our policies, payment processor requirements, or applicable law.

No Resale or Misbranding

Products purchased from CoreVials LLC may not be resold, repackaged, relabeled, advertised, compounded, administered, marketed, or distributed for human or animal use.

Customers may not use CoreVials LLC product names, labels, images, certificates, or documentation to market products as medications, supplements, cosmetics, treatments, or therapeutic products.

Storage, Handling, and Disposal

Customers are solely responsible for proper storage, handling, recordkeeping, and disposal of all products after delivery. CoreVials LLC is not responsible for misuse, improper storage, degradation after delivery, unauthorized handling, contamination, or use outside lawful research purposes.

Compliance With Laws

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product may be legally purchased, possessed, imported, stored, or used in their jurisdiction. Availability of a product on this website does not mean that the product is lawful for every customer, location, or use case.

CoreVials LLC may restrict sales to certain states, countries, regions, customers, products, or quantities at any time.
